We believe in the Holy Trinity

We believe in the Holy Trinity. The Holy Trinity is one God who is eternal and expresses Himself in three persons.

God The Father (Creator)
God The Son (Savior)
God The Holy Spirit (Comforter)

We believe in the Bible

We believe the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, is the authoritative Word of God. It alone is the final authority for determining all doctrinal truths. We believe and practice all 66 books of the Bible without compromise. We do not add nor take away from the Word of God.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KVJ) says, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."

We believe in the Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the third member of the Holy Trinity. The Holy Spirit reveals and makes more evident the personal presence of Jesus. The Holy Spirit comforts us and will abide with us.

John 14-16 (KJV) says, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever."

We believe in brotherly Fellowship and Communion with God

The bible teaches us in the book of Acts 2:43-47 that the strength of spreading the Gospel is with small groups. We at Without Walls have adapted these principles and have incorporated small groups for continued growth and continuity between each other. Further, we believe in formal communion with God by participating in the drinking of the cup and eating of the bread to signify the blood and body of our Lord Jesus and His return.

1 Cor. 11:17-34 (KJV) teaches us to, "Commune with God and as often as we eat of the bread and drink of the cup we do this in remembrance of Him."

We believe in spiritual and water Baptism

We believe in Baptism of the Holy Spirit and Baptism by Water. Baptism of the Holy Spirit, given at Pentecost, is the ultimate fulfillment of the new covenant promise by the Father for all who believe.

Upon acceptance of Jesus, each believer is baptized by the spirit of God into the Body of Christ as part of salvation and regeneration as outlined in 2 Cor. 5:17 (KJV): “Therefore If any man be in Christ he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

We also believe in Baptism by Water. Water baptism equates to the physical immersion of the believer in water following the steps of Jesus outlined in Matthew 3:13-16 (KJV) which says:: “Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?” Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented. As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

We believe in Giving

Giving is something that God did FIRST: “For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16). So how should we give?

Talent
We should offer our gifts and talents unto God to advanced the kingdom.
(Romans 12:1,2)

Time
We should be willing to give our time to God and the things of God and not reserve all of our time to ourselves. Examples of giving our time is through attending Worship services, prayer, visiting sick and loved ones, etc.

Treasure
Tithes: Tithes is the first 10% ten percent of your gross earnings that we allocate to God which is given to the local church. “Honor the Lord with thy substance and withthe first fruits of all thine increase.”
(Proverbs 3:9-10)

Offering: Offering is financial donation that is given AFTER your Tithes is given first. Mal 3:8 teaches that we rob God if we do not give Him our tithe and offering.

We believe in Heterosexual marriage

The Bible teaches that the marital covenant shall be reserved only for one man and one woman in union. Jesus said in Matthew 19:4-6 (NIV)

“Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female, and said, For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh?  So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.

We believe in the Second Coming of Jesus

The bible teaches that Jesus Christ will return to Earth to reconcile and re-establish His Kingdom. No one but the father knows the day or the hour of the occurrence.

Jesus says in Matthew 24:30 (KJV): “And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory."
