Bishop David Luckey Jr. was born and raised in Bronx, New York City, and grew up in the Upper Room Baptist Church where his father, David Luckey, Sr. is Pastor.
Bishop Luckey worked in the technology industry for companies such as Chase Manhattan, AT&T Bell Laboratories and more for 20 years. After establishing a successful career, Bishop Luckey was called into ministry in 1996 and has been preaching and teaching the unadulterated gospel of Jesus Christ without fail. He was ordained at True Servant Worship and Praise Church under Bishop E. Earl Jenkins.
In 2003, Bishop Luckey founded Without Walls Church, a bible based church located in North Brunswick, NJ. Bishop Luckey serves as Senior Pastor and his wife, Michele Luckey, serves as Pastor. God has placed a strong call on Bishop Luckey’s life to preach the gospel and make disciples of men. Bishop Luckey is wholeheartedly committed to developing God's people through biblical and practical teaching as well as instructing them on how to apply GOD to everyday life. Bishop Luckey founded the Ambassador Class which is a certificate based school which provides discipleship teachings that spans from basic Christian doctrines to Christian Church history.
Bishop Luckey earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute along with a Master of Divinity degree from International Theological Seminary. In addition, Bishop Luckey has also taken Graduate courses at Oxford University.
In 2015 Bishop Luckey was designated a Bishop and Chief Financial Officer of True Servant Fellowship of Churches. In this capacity Bishop Luckey oversees churches, finances and events which foster a broader, more collaborate effort to share the gospel of Jesus by way of developing leaders in the body of Christ.
Bishop Luckey is the founder and President of A to Z Education Services where Pastor Michele serves as Vice President. A to Z Education provides in-home and after school tutorial services for students grades K-12. A to Z has serviced thousands of students and has contracts with the New Jersey and New York Department of Education school systems.
Bishop David Luckey Jr. and Lady Michele Luckey have been married for thirty-six years and have been blessed with three amazing children; Shamara, Charrisse, and David III, as have six wonderful grandchildren.

Pastor Michele Luckey is the First Lady of Without Walls Church. Pastor Michele answered the call of God over twenty years ago and was licensed and ordained at the True Servant Worship & Praise Church, under the leadership of Bishop E. Earl Jenkins.
Pastor Michele demonstrates her love for God and His people by visiting the nursing homes, homeless shelters, along with the sick and shut-in.
Pastor Michele oversees many ministries at Without Walls, but her passion is heading the Women and Intercessory Ministry. Pastor Michele preaches the Word of God bringing healing and deliverance to the people of God.
Pastor Michele has obtained certifications in Christian Counseling as well as undertaking Bachelor of Theology coursework.
