II. Church History
Without Walls Church began with a Bible Study in June 2003 and then commenced Sunday afternoon worship services in September 2003.  Without Walls held Bible Study and Sunday afternoon worship service in a Lutheran church till December. 2003 and then moved services to the Ramada Inn hotel in Somerset NJ.  Without Walls was getting support from friends and family; however, it was time to move to morning services to start building its membership.  In moving to the Ramada Inn, the Without Walls Church membership began to grow.  Without Walls then moved in May of 2005 to a location in North Brunswick NJ. At this location, Bishop Luckey and the church family converted a former hardware store building to a place of worship.  In 2016 Without Walls purchased land and a former sign store and renovated the building which is where we currently reside.

III. Doctrinal Foundation
Without Walls teaches the entire Holy Bible from Genesis to Revelations. Our core values and principals can be tied and linked to scripture.
1)We believe in the Holy Trinity
a)The doctrine of the Holy Trinity states that there is one God. He is one being, but three in
        person (with 3 personalities)
        i) God’s one being has three persons.
           God the Father (Creator)
           God the Son (Savior)
           God the Holy Spirit (Comforter)
ii)1 John 5:7 - For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy                Ghost: and these three are one.
iii)Matthew 28:19 - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the                       Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
   b) God has always existed in three persons even though he has revealed Himself within these                      personalities at different times throughout the Bible.
i)We can identify easily identify the work of the Father in the Old Testament, the Ministry of                    Jesus the Christ in the Gospels, and the arrival of the Holy Spirit in the New Testament.                          Nonetheless, the three have always existed together within the Godhead. The earliest                                 identification of the plurality of God is in Genesis 1:26 - "Then God said, 'Let us make man in                 our image, after our likeness.”
ii)Further identification of the Triune Godhead from creation can be found in these                                       scriptures
The Father: Malachi 2:10 - "Have we not all one Father? Did not one God create us?"
The Son: John 1:1-4 - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the                     Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made;                                 without him nothing was made that has been made."
The Spirit: Genesis 1:2 - "the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters."

2) We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit
a)The Holy Spirit is a person.
i)The Holy Spirit is the third member of the Trinity (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit                    [Holy Ghost].  1John 5:7-8- “For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the                 Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.
b)The Person of the Holy Spirit
i)The Holy Spirit does not speak about himself, He testifies about Jesus. John 15:26; “But the                     Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father.  He will testify of Me.
ii)To receive the Holy Spirit you must give your life over to God and make Jesus the Lord over                      your life. (2 Cor.5:17 – If any may be in Christ he is a new creature old things are passed                           away behold all things are become new). Immediately the Spirit of God comes and make his                        abode in your life.
c)The Power & Purpose of the Holy Spirit
i)The Holy Spirit reveals and makes more evident the personal presence of Jesus
(John 14:16- 18).  Responding to this inner voice or witness from the Spirit will bring us
into a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus.  This relationship will result in
an increasing desire to love, honor and please Him as our Saviour.
ii)The Holy Spirit witnesses both to and through Christians to convince people of God’s                             “righteousness” and truth which will glorify Jesus Christ (John 16:14- “He will glorify
me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you.)”
iii)The Holy Spirit will glorify Jesus.  John 15:26 Jesus said…“But the Helper (Holy Spirit)                          comes, whom I send to you from the Father.  He (Holy Spirit) will testify of Me.
iv)Some Attributes of the Holy Spirit
                Convicter - John 8:9
                Comforter – John 14:26
                Revealer of Divine Truth – 1 Cor. 2:10

3)We believe in brotherly Fellowship and COMMUNION with God
    a)Small Groups (Acts 2:43-47)
i)The bible teaches us that the strength of spreading the Gospel is with small groups.
ii)Small Groups encourages fellowship with our brethren/sisters via:
(1)Praying together (upper room Acts 1:13,14)
          (2)Eating together (Acts 2:46)
          (3)Praising God together (Acts 2:47)
iii)We encourage and invite participation of WOW small groups.  Some small group teams
           at WOW are:
             (1)Youth
             (2)Men
             (3)Women
             (4)Couples
             (5)Dance
             (6)Prayer
             (7)Health….and so many more…
    b)Communion with God (1 Cor. 11:17-34)
        i) Without Walls offers formal Communion to God ever 1st Sunday during our Morning
            worship services:
(1)This entail of the participation of the drinking of the cup and the eating of the bread
to signify the blood and body of our Lord Jesus and His return.
(2)We take communion with reverence to God
(a)We thank Him for Jesus who died for us
(3)We repent of our sins before partaking
(a)1 Cor. 11:28 says we should example ourselves and repent so we aren’t judging
                      others before partaking

4)We believe in Baptism
a)Water-baptism represents the occurrence of spiritual life.
              i) Definition for the word baptism or baptize come from the Greek word baptizo which
means to dip, to immerse, to cover wholly with liquid, to submerge Matthew 3:5-6
Matthew 3:13-17 Jesus Himself was baptized by John.
ii) Water-baptism represents the burial of this dead man. It is a ceremonial putting away
of the past, of the remains of the old man. It is a remitting of who I used to be and how
I used to live. Romans 6:3-4
            iii) Does water-baptism save you?
(1)Water-baptism also does not bring about or cause forgiveness for sins. The Bible
says that confession and believing that Christ died and rose for our sins bring on                                     salvation (Romans 10:9)
b)Power in the name of Jesus
a)We baptize in the name of the Lord as done in Acts 4:12, it tells us that nor is there                                  salvation in any other; for there is no other name under heaven given among men,
                 whereby we must be saved.
b)Jesus tells the disciples in Mathew 28:19 to go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the son, and of the Holy Ghost.

5)We believe in Giving
1)Giving is something that God did FIRST
a.John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten son, that
whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” God is a
giver, the most generous giver in the universe. Everything you have is a gift from God.
     2)God expects us to give:
            a. Matthew 6:2 says when you do a charitable deed do not sound a trumpet.
            b. The bible states that it is “…more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35)
     3)What spirit should we give?
            a. God expects us to give cheerfully and willingly
                   i. 2 Cor. 9:7 “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or
under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
ii. Without Walls believes in enforcing that our giving is a act we do willingly; however,
also an act of obligation because of our commitment to God and subsequently to the                                local church
      4)Why is giving so important?
              a. Giving shows we have accepted God and His principals and are willing to express it
                  without reservation.
              b. Blessings come to those who give (Acts 20:35…more blessed to give than receive…”)
              c. It shows we are willing to sacrifice ourselves for God and others. Romans 12:1,2 teaches
of giving (sacrifice) of ourselves as a service unto God.
        5)How should we give?
              a. Talents
                      i. We should offer our gifts and talents unto God to advanced the kingdom.
                        (Romans 12:1,2)
              b. Time
                      i. We should be willing to give our time to God and the things of God and not reserve
all of our time to ourselves. Examples of giving our time is through attending Worship                           services, prayer, visiting sick and loved ones, etc.
              c. Treasure
                      i. Tithe & Offering
                             1.Tithes is the first 10% ten percent of your gross earnings that we allocate to God                                      which is given to the local church. Proverbs 3:9-10 “Honor the Lord with thy                                            substance and with the first fruits of all thine increase.”;
                                    a. Leviticus 2730 says, “…the tithe belongs to the Lord.”
                                    b. Tithes teaches us to put GOD FIRST
2.Offering is financial donation that is given AFTER your Tithes is given first
                       a. Mal 3:8 teaches that we rob God if we do not give Him our tithe and offering
3.The bible teaches that submitting to Tithes and Offerings allows us to be blessed.
                       a. Mal 3:10 shows obedience in giving can prompt God of open up the windows of
heaven for blessings that will be in abundance.
4.Where do your Tithes and Offering Go?
                       a. Your giving goes to the local church to maintain the operation of the church and its                                  staff so that there is “meat” of substance for the Word of God to be presented.
(Mal 3:10 10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in
mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open                                 you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room                              enough to receive it.)
6)Giving is an act of worship. The bible teaches that God wants our giving to be a deeply
    meaningful expression of worship.
          a. In 1 Corinthians 16:2 the Apostle Paul give us the three characteristics of worshipful                                giving:
                    i. It is to be weekly: why Sunday? Giving is an act of worship, to be given at the place of                              worship when you worship.
ii. It is to be planned: God doesn’t want your giving to be hasty, thoughtless or impulsive.                          He wants you to think about what you are giving.
iii. It is to be proportional:  Tithing is giving 10 percent of what God has allowed you to                               earn. God isn’t looking at the amount but for an willing and obedient heart.
